Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and confirm your eligibility.

  Secure Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton with all original documentation.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location to ensure the shipment is fully insured.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
