Yes, all our jewelry comes with a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also offer one complimentary cleaning and inspection per year to ensure your piece remains in pristine condition.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags intact. Custom-made or engraved pieces are final sale.

How do I know my diamond is ethically sourced?

Levy's is committed to ethical sourcing. All our diamonds are conflict-free and comply with the Kimberley Process. Each diamond over 0.50 carats comes with a GIA or IGI certification.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide via insured express couriers. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I have a piece of jewelry customized or resized?
